Upon clicking the Get Help button, you will find it will slide to left side and in the end corner of the button then you will see a button saying "More Options". When you click that button, it will give you 3 Option:
1- Chat with us
2- Submit a ticket
3- Request a call back
For faster response click on "Live Chat" and you will be redirected to a Live Chat representative.
